Registration Information

Blue Heron offers both full and half day kindergarten. If you chose the Full day Kindergarten, there is a tuition agreement. Families not currently living in the Blue Heron neighborhood must also submit a Choice Enrollment application. In order to register your child you need to provide the following:

• Birth Certificate (student must be age 5 by October 1, 2018 in order to attend KG)
• Proof of Residency in our school boundary or Choice Enrollment Form- Choice Enrollment forms cannot be accepted before 1/6/2018
• Immunization Record
• Program Interest: Full Day or Half Day
• Add your Student in Jeffco Connect http://www.jeffcopublicschools.org/jeffco_connect/

**If your student is already in Jeffco Connect, please update and confirm all information is correct.
