***Please remember that ALL medication needs to be kept in the health room. This includes cough drops, over-the-counter medication and any prescription medication that needs to be administered. A doctor's note is also required for any medication to be given to the student with specific instructions including dose, time to be given and duration.***

Prescription medication must have a pharmacy label attached, and over-the-counter medication must come in the box or have directions on the bottle.
