About me and my Educational Philosophy:

With over a decade of immersion in health and fitness, I've had the privilege of instructing individuals from the blossoming age of 5 to the seasoned wisdom of 90. My journey has been a testament to the transcendent power of movement and its ability to shape lives.

As an avid weightlifter, Crossfitter, climber, mountaineer, and fervent outdoor enthusiast, I wholeheartedly embrace challenges and the opportunities they bring. Outside of education, you'll often find me either within the walls of a gym, or amid the embrace of mountains, drawing inspiration from the natural world.

My educational philosophy embodies a belief that the future of learning is rooted in discovery. Rather than simply delivering answers, I'm dedicated to fostering a spirit of curiosity, igniting intellectual journeys that are both enlightening and empowering. Recognizing the intrinsic connection between emotional development and cognitive growth, I cultivate an environment that nurtures hearts and minds alike.
