I took a class from EdTechTeam Online and it helped me set up a repair team without having to reinvent the wheel. The resources and tools they supplied helped guide me through the process so that it wasn't overwhelming. We not only empowered students, but were able to streamline our current process so our turn around on most repairs is 24 hours or in most cases we return it at the end of the school day.
