Writing

In writing for 6th grade we follow the HMH Curriculum Into Reading. It goes through a series of "modules" that cover everything from personal narratives to opinion essays. Along the way we will also be covering everything that has to do with grammar. Each day we will practice a grammar skill and then go onto our content for the day. By the end of 6th grade students will have a good grasp on grammar skills and be able to write a variety of essays.
