Submitted by 10/31/25 -- no late photos will be accepted!
All clothing must be appropriate and adhere to the BCHS dress code
No hats, hoods, or headwear
No animals, vehicles, sports equipment, or props of any kind
Pictures should be a vertical headshot. Please avoid horizontal photos, full face shots, and full body shots; they will be cropped and could appear blurry or pixelated.
No phone screenshots will be accepted, nor will photos containing a watermark or photographer copyright seal
Photos do not need to be cropped but should be high resolution (minimum of 300dpi & 2.5X3 if cropped)
Pay the $10 fee in the financial office by cash or check or on Infinite Campus
Rename your image lastname_firstname_primary (Ex. smith_john_primary). Upload by clicking the image to the left (JPEG format only).
The yearbook staff reserves the right to refuse your photograph if it is inappropriate and/or does not adhere to the guidelines. Please use good judgement when submitting your senior photo.
If your photo is rejected and there is time before our deadline, we will notify you and ask for an alternative photo. However, if our deadline comes before we get your alternate photo, you will not be included in the book!

Include who the quote is credited to (Ex. -Shakespeare)
Avoids anything political (sexuality, political affiliations, race, etc.)
School appropriate
No bullying or coded messages through text
No timestamps -- you must provide the actual words in the quote

This form must be completed and submitted by 10/31/25. No late forms will be accepted. If you do not complete this form, your name will appear as it is listed in Infinite Campus.

The senior section of the yearbook is designed to recognize each student’s achievements and activity involvement while they attended BCHS. Keep in mind that all acknowledgements that you list below must be affiliated with Bear Creek High School and that it is not always possible for our staff to include every activity or honor that you list on this form. Our staff recommends that you identify any clubs, activities, special courses, or honors that you received while attending BCHS. This form will also be used to verify the spelling of your name for the yearbook.
Please carefully read the directions on the Google form before filling it out!

Buddy pictures cost $1 a piece. If this fee is not paid, the picture will not be placed in the book. Please note: we will not be able to include all buddy pictures we receive in the book! If the picture is not included in the book, the submitting student donates all fees to the yearbook.
A student may submit a maximum of 5 buddy pictures ($5)
Names for ALL of the students in the picture must be included when the photo is submitted! If names are not provided, the picture will not be placed in the book. Please email the names of all students in the photo to kroach@jeffco.k12.co.us with the name of the submitting student in the subject line.
Submit your photo by clicking the image to the left. JPEG format only. Please rename the file lastname_firstname_buddyphoto1 (Additional buddy pics will be named lastname_firstname_buddyphoto2 , 3, 4, etc.)
Must be pictures of current Bear Creek students
All photos must be appropriate. Pictures that have any real or assumed party paraphernalia, any "signing" by hands, or revealing clothing will not be included.
