Welcome to the Girls swim and dive 2024-25 season.

This Thursday, January 9th is the swim and dive team fundraiser at Noodles located at 64th and Yank Way. Stop by between 4:00-8:00 PM and use code GIVING25. The team receives 25% of qualifying sales. Bring your friends and family and support the team.

Friday, Janurary 9th at Green Mt. Rec Center. Athletes will be release at 2:00 PM, warm-ups 3-4 PM, meet starts at 4:00. Arvada West will need 4 timers, please sign up on the volunteer link.

Varsity Divers will be at the Mustang Invite at VMAC on Friday, January 9th and swimmers will be competing there on Saturday, January 10th. Admission is $6 for adults, $4 for students with ID. 

Thursday, January 16th team pictures at AAC starting at 4:00 PM. 

Friday and Saturday, January 17th-18th Jeffco Invite at AAC.  More information to come.

 Monday and Wednesday 6:30-8:30 PM
Tuesday and Thursday 4:00-5:30 PM 
Fridays: 5:45-7:15 AM

DIVE Practice times: 

Mondays: 7:00 - 8:00 pm - JV  8:00 - 9:00 pm -Varsity

Tuesday: 4:00-5:00 pm - Pre-JV 4:30 - 5:30 - JV 5:00-6:00 pm - Varsity

Wednesday: 7:00-8:00 pm - Pre-JV 7:30 - 8:30 - JV 8:00-9:00 pm - Varsity

Thursday: 4:00-5:00 pm - Pre-JV 5:00 - 6:00 - Varsity

Friday:       5:30 - 6:30 pm - Pre-JV       6:30 - 7:30 - JV
