Hello, I'm Coach Alicia or Q! I live in Golden with my husband Kyle and our 4 kids. I am an Arvada West alumni from the class of 2002 where I played all 4 years under Coach Pospisil. I then attended CCU on volleyball scholarship where I was a middle blocker and setter. I ended up transferring to Chicago where I attended nursing school and choose to focus on my career. I continue to play in leagues in the community and have found a passion for coaching. Playing high school sports can be so rewarding and provide so many amazing opportunities. I love to help the athletes reach their goals and use volleyball to become strong confident people!
