Model UN or MUN, is an extra-curricular activity in which students typically act as delegates that are part of the United Nations and simulate UN committees. This activity takes place at MUN conferences, which a high school or college MUN club usually organizes. You are expected to have a certain understanding of the position of the country of your choice. At the end of conferences, awards are handed out for Best Delegate, Honorable Mention, Outstanding Delegate, & Best Position Paper
