Homework

Each Monday students will be filling out their planner with the expected homework each night. This is to help them to begin to understand scheduling, organization, and prioritizing. It will also help prepare them for middle school when they have homework from different classes.

ELA homework MUST be done on the night it is assigned. Please refer to their planner to make sure they are doing the correct assignment.

Math homework will be sent home on Fridays and will be due the following Friday. It can be completed any night as long as it is finished by Friday.

Occasionally, there may be science or social studies homework assigned in an effort to gain a deeper understanding and mastery of content.

Homework folders, planners, and EL books must be brought back and forth to school each day.
