Meet the Teachers

Mrs. Kelly

Hello! I'm thrilled to begin a new adventure in my teaching career at Bergen Elementary. I have over 25 years of experience in education and I am still learning every day. My career has included roles as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and I also served as an elementary school principal for 10 years. I am a student centered teacher and passionate about building strong relationships with every child in my classroom.

Finding special connections iwht my students is very important to me. I am a lifelong Star Wars fan and I enjoy sharing my love of "The Force" with my students. My family is the best and I hae two children, Quinn and Liam, who are both in college. In my house, we cheer for both the CU Buffaloes and the CSU Rams.

My family moved from Arizona seven years ago and we are still in awe of the beauty in Evergreen. You may run into me while I'm hiking the trials with my dog Bud, or see me walking around the lake with my husband.

Mrs. Ramey

Hi! I'm so excited to be teaching 4th grade at Bergen Elementary! I began teaching in 2010, and I'm passionate about building confident, creative thinkers. I believe in creating a classroom where students feel valued, challenged, and inspired every day. I can't wiat to be a part of your child's learning journey!

Getting to know my students and building a strong classroom community is what I love most about teaching. Outside of school I love a good hike or paddle on the water whenever I get a chance.

I recently moved to Colorado with my family from Indiana. Coffee, good books, and sunshine are a few of my favorite things. I'm always up for a creative project or an outdoor adventure with my family!

Mrs. Weisberg

Hello! I am excited to be your child's teacher this year. This is my fifteenth year in the classroom, and my sixth at Bergen Elementary. We have a lot of fun learning to look forward to, as well as activities to strengthen our classroom community.

In our classroom, I love to share the joy of learning with my students, and help them feel confident in themselves. Getting to know my students is my favorite part of every school year. Outside of school, you can find me hiking with my dogs, mountain biking, knitting, or helping out at Outbound Mountain Gear, our family's business in downtown Evergreen.

My goal is to help your child reach their full potential, and to make school an enjoyable and successful experience for everyone. Please feel free to reach out anytime with questions, concerns, or ideas.
