Scaffolding

Imagine you're building a super cool treehouse out of blocks. But this treehouse has some parts that hang out over the edges, like a balcony. Without anything to hold them up, those parts might droop or fall off while you're building. Scaffolding in 3D printing is like adding extra blocks underneath these hanging parts to keep them steady while the printer works its magic. Once the print is done, we take off the scaffolding, just like removing those extra blocks from your treehouse. Then, you're left with your awesome 3D creation, with all the cool overhanging parts perfectly in place!
