Hadestown Teen Edition Tek Details

The schedule as of right now is: (things do change but I try to stick to the schedule the best I can)

Optional to learn show: 

March 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th - Run through by cast 3-5:30.

Required from this point forward

Workday: Saturday March 7, 10-5

Tek Day: Sunday March 8, 11-5

Tech Week: Monday March 9th-Wednesday March 11th 5-10pm (Dinner provided at 5pm)

In School: Thursday March 12 (Details TBA)

Show 1: Friday March 13 - Call 6pm Show 7pm

Show 2: Saturday March 14, Call 6pm Show 7pm

Cast Party: At the school following the Saturday show. Pick up is midnight - if not staying must let me know that day (if you tell me know, I will forget). 

Show 3: (yes you read that right 3 shows this year!!!!!) Sunday March 15, Call 1pm Show 2pm.

If you're able: (parents this is where you can help too!)

Set Build: Sunday February 8th, 9am-1pm

Set Build: Sunday February 15th, 9am-1pm

Set Build *if needed* Set Painting: Sunday February 22th, 9am-1pm

Set Painting *detailed* Saturday March 7th, 10am-1pm

Strike Sunday March 22 9am-1pm.
