Perform a hard reset on the iPad if y. To do this, hold down both the power and home buttons until the screen goes black. When the white Apple logo appears, let go of the buttons.
First, connect to your home WiFi via the Settings app, then tap the Proxy webclip. If you have connected successfully, you should see the Johnston CSD homepage open in Safari. If asked choose a Proxy User. You may also need to clear your Safari cache; to do this, go to Settings > Safari > Clear browser cache and data.
Open the Self Service Cart and search for the app you would like to download. Select "download".
Open the Self Service Cart and search for the app that needs updated. Click "reinstall".
Open the Seesaw Family app on your mobile device or go to https://app.seesaw.me on your computer’s web browser.
In the top, left-hand corner, click on your initials/name.
Click on the gear icon located next to your name. A pop-up menu will appear.
Click on Account Settings.
Scroll to Manage Notifications in the app or Parent Notifications in your browser.
Click on Email Notifications.
You will then get a menu that will allow you to choose to receive emails for:
ALL posts made to Seesaw,
Once per Day, or
Never.
We suggest you choose Once per Day as this will remind you and your student to check Seesaw daily, but please choose the option that works best for your family.
