My brother's memorial service was going to be hard enough to plan and execute by myself, as evidenced by my inability to even create the invitation for it. So I called Jennifer for help, and she took the reins and carried me all the way to the end almost effortlessly. Dr. Jenn not only exhibited extraordinary professionalism (i.e, timely call returns, regular updates, accurate billing, etc.), but she also showed tenderness, compassion, and concern for my feelings and what I was trying to accomplish in honoring my brother's memory!
