Booster meeting 10/6/26

Wayne Brooks, Melissa Murphy, Kathleen Toney, Danielle Connor

Financials update: All varsity bills paid except one. Still have roughly 6k owed from parents.  Roughly 15k estimated in future bills. 

Teacher appreciation gift assembly - planned for 10/21. Megaphones/candy/teacher note. We will do this at the school. Anyone who can’t make it will be able to pick up a gift from Brooks to hand out to the teacher of their choice. 

Appalachee game food: 5pm. 

Senior night/pink out info:

- Anita sponsored dinner and decorations (also going to have a mom banner)

- what time can we decorate and will we have cafeteria? 4:15-430 football has it before that. 

- what time for food since senior families coming? 5pm

- seniors introduced before game or halftime? Before game. 

- can we do AV at this?  Not enough time but we can at banquet

- younger pic reveal/ sideline will be fine during game

“Locker” posters need to be emailed in so they can be printed and hung

Working on sweatshirts (and embroidery option)

No sponsors for charter bus. Need to look at options for a one way trip. Try to reduce cost so we can do it.  Need to explore one way price options. Looking at a brunch/lunch option instead of dinner after since kids ride home with parents after.  Brooks going to ask Brad about fundraising options. Can we do Squares?
