It's time to celebrate our amazing grandparents! 🎉

East Jackson Elementary is thrilled to celebrate our EJES grandparents with a special drop-in Grandparent's Open House during the week of September 15. We invite grandparents to stop by their grandchild's classroom to see what they've been learning and experience a day in their school life. To ensure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we're limiting attendance to two grandparents per student. 

We know your schedules are busy, so this is a casual, come-and-go event. Feel free to arrive and leave whenever you'd like during your grandchild's designated one-hour window. Check out the graphic for your grandchild’s specific day and time. Because we have so much learning happening, we ask that you not visit other grade levels or classes and you cannot get siblings from other classes. If you have multiple grand kids you may have to visit us a few times throughout the week. During your time with us, it's the perfect opportunity to:

• Meet your grandchild’s teacher and friends.

• Get a tour of the classroom.

• See all the fantastic projects they've been working on.

You might even get challenged to a friendly math game, so be prepared! We can't wait to welcome you to our school. Don’t forget to have your ID ready when you arrive. All first time visitors must have their ID scanned to get a visitors badge. It would be a good idea just to have it even if it isn’t your first time.
