Dear Parents,

Welcome to the Jackson Christian Baby Eagles class. My name is Alex Miller and I will be your child’s teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.  I hope you are enjoying a wonderful summer and are looking forward to a great year together.  I love Jackson Christian School and feel blessed to spend my year with your little one.

For those who don’t know me already, let me introduce myself.  This is my fifth year at JCS but my 6th school year! I was an assistant starting out and this will be my 4th year as a lead teacher. I absolutely love what I do and I know this is my calling to work with children. I have worked with kids on and off from 2012 until now. I also have an 9 year old son, who will be starting 4th grade this year at Jackson Christian.

I am very excited to be a part of your little one’s growth this year.  In order to give us the best start possible, we will have small group orientations on August 7th.  Please plan on spending 30 minutes with us. During this time we will cover our policies and procedures for our infant program. I will be sending home my “Getting to Know You” Infant document. That will help us get a feel for your baby’s schedules as well. We hope to answer any questions you have as well as get your baby comfortable with our room, our helpers and myself. Here is the scheduled orientation times:

8:00-                10:00-

9:00-                 11:00-

For those of you that your sweet babies are not here yet, we can pick a time to meet closer to the time when they will be coming to school.

If you cannot attend this meeting, please contact me for an alternative time.

This orientation will take place in room K03, also called the Dr Getwell’s Office. It is a great time to bring in your baby’s personal supplies that can be left at school.

Please respond to this email confirming receipt and orientation time as well as your expected intent to use our afterschool program (3:30-5:30pm) so we can properly prepare staffing for the program.
