Area of Strength: My ability to adapt to all learning styles through my California GATE standards trainings and ability to connect well on an intrapersonal level with all students allow me to effectively deliver academic instructions in a variety of ways that connects with all students.
Area for continuous growth/improvement: I'm beginning to explore and apply a multitude of math resources provided to me. Through my educational journey, I absorbed most of my math knowledge via on board instruction. However, I've learned through my first year of teaching, that's not the case for all students. I will continue to explore more audio, multimedia, and other resources as I continue to develop as a professional educator.

Area of Strength: One of my greatest strength is my knowledge of subject matter but also California standards that my scholars are expected to meet. Area for continuous growth/improvement: I want to continue exploring and implementing a multitude of digital and physical resources that will diversify my instruction to ensure that I'm meeting the learning needs of all students.
Area of Strength: I'm beginning to meet with students and having them establish both short and long term goals for their acadmic success. These goals help challenge students and engage them in in completing their set by a specific date. Goal setting is a fantastic way to increase motivation, build time-management skills and promote a growth - mindset among young scholars, while simultaneous giving them a sense of accomplishment.
Area for continuous growth/improvement: I want to be able to connect specific student set goals into daily instruction and build a connection with students so they can feel those small senses of accomplishment on a daily basis. These small skills will continually serve them well as they progress through their academic careers.
Areas for continuous growth/improvement: I can do a better job of monitoring and utilizing both formal and informal assessments to help students connect their academic goals to content specific areas they need growth and improvement in.
Areas for continuous growth/improvement: I continue to work on establishing professional goals of how I want to develop as a professional educator. I also want to use my knowledge of the CSTPs to help me establish those professional goals.
