If you or your student are having issues connecting to JCPS resources, please use the following ways to get Technology Support:

Monday: 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM

From the Classlink page, students will select Tech Support. Inside of Tech Support, please choose "Login with Microsoft". You can:

  • Submit a help ticket. Remember to include your contact information

  • Use Zendesk Chat to chat with technology support.

If you cannot login to Classlink and submit a ticket, you may email support requests to support@jcpsmail.org. This email will generate a support ticket. **Please be sure to include your contact information.
