Hello 6th Grade Eagles!

I am so excited to be your teacher this year. This is my tenth-year teaching at LBJMS, and I absolutely love it. This year, I will be teaching 6th Grade Reading and Writing. My two all-time favorite subjects.

It is going to be a great year, and I am so glad that you are apart of it!

Biography

I was born in Michigan. When I was in 8th grade, we moved to Texas. I graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. After 10 years in the corporate setting, I furthered my education and obtained my teaching certification. I have been in the educational field for the last 15 years. I truly enjoy teaching.

I married Joe, and we have a daughter, Jae. My hobbies are reading, solving puzzles, and scrapbooking. I also like to travel and learn all about our great nation!
