Filipino and English are both official languages and English is commonly used by the government. There are over 120 languages spoken in the Philippines. Filipino, the standardized form of Tagalog, is the national language and used in formal education throughout the country. Filipino Sign Language is the official sign language.

Clark, Pampanga in mid-November is typically hot and humid, with daytime highs around 30–31 °C, nighttime lows near 22–23 °C, and a moderate chance of rain.
Practical Tips for Delegates
Clothing: Lightweight, breathable fabrics (linen, cotton). A light jacket or umbrella for rain.
Hydration: Carry water regularly — humidity can be draining.
Footwear: Comfortable shoes suitable for both conference venues and occasional wet conditions.
Health & Comfort: Sunscreen and insect repellent recommended for outdoor activities.
The Philippines is in Philippine Standard Time (PHST), which is UTC+8 and does not observe daylight saving time. Canada spans six primary time zones, so the time difference between Clark, Pampanga and Canada varies depending on the province.
