About us

I am Allison Jordan, M.S., CCC-SLP and I am the speech and language pathologist for Buff Elementary School and Madras High School here in Jefferson County. I have been with Jefferson County since 2015, after getting my Bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Portland State University in 2012 and my Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Pacific University in 2015. I am excited to begin a new school year, even if it will be vastly different than any year we have experienced before. I look forward to seeing all of my students again and continuing to make strides in each students individual goals for their communication.

Blurb about Correy

Hello! I'm Correy Knepp and I am the speech and language pathologist assistant (SLPA) for Buff Elementary, Metolius Elementary and the Madras High School. I have been with Jefferson County since 2005. I started as a Librarian at Madras Elementary and worked there for 11 years before moving on to the JCESD to become an SLPA. In 2016 I enrolled in the SLP program at Chemeketa Community College and earned a 2-year degree in speech and language, graduating in 2018. I'm excited to see all of our students virtually, hoping to be in the speech room face to face working on their individual goals very soon. This year is starting out very different than we have ever seen and may even feel a bit like a being on a roller coaster. But guess what? We're all on the same roller coaster! So , lets make it fun!
