As a dedicated special education teacher with six years of experience in Jersey City, I am passionate about creating inclusive and supportive learning environments for all students. My journey in education began with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from Seton Hall University, which laid the foundation for my commitment to fostering academic and personal growth in my students.
Recently, I completed my Master’s degree in Urban Education Administration and Supervision from New Jersey City University (NJCU), where I developed a deeper understanding of educational leadership and the complexities of urban education. My ongoing professional development will continue as I pursue my doctoral degree in Educational Technology Leadership at NJCU, aiming to integrate innovative technologies to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
My approach to leadership is rooted in the principles of servant leadership, prioritizing the needs of my students, colleagues, and community to create a collaborative and empowering educational environment.
I am excited to connect with fellow educators, researchers, and professionals who share my passion for innovative education and technology. Let’s collaborate to make a positive impact on the future of education!
