One App I have used to create screencasts is Screencastomatic. Screencastomatic allows users to record up to 15 minute videos and upload to Youtube or save.

Another is Screencastify, Screencastify is an extension in Google Chrome that allows users to record 10 minutes of video and upload to Google Drive or publish to Youtube.
