With experience spanning clinical public health programs, policy analysis, and multi-sector partnerships, Alexander has led initiatives in harm reduction, HIV/STI prevention, workforce training, and regional health outreach across Texas. He brings a multidisciplinary perspective to his work, combining training in public health leadership with a legal background to support organizations in navigating complex health policy and operational environments.

Michael is a healthcare operations and workforce development professional specializing in organizational performance, workplace safety, and health systems improvement. His work focuses on helping healthcare organizations and community partners implement practical strategies that strengthen workforce capacity, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

With training in public health leadership and healthcare administration, Michael brings a multidisciplinary perspective to consulting engagements. His background as a licensed physical therapist assistant, combined with advanced public health training and OSHA safety certification, allows him to bridge clinical practice, occupational safety, and organizational management. He has experience supporting healthcare and community organizations in program implementation, workforce training, and operational improvement initiatives.
