Please be advised that our facility remains under CODE BLUE ALERT due to the ongoing effects of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat). Critical Operations. Departments and units responsible for basic and health services, disaster preparedness, and other vital hospital operations shall remain fully operational to ensure the continuous delivery of essential services.
In compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 133 issued by the Office of the President, non-
essential services shall transition to a skeleton workforce and alternative work arrangements
effective September 1, 2026.

Instructions for Patients Unable to Attend Their Scheduled Appointment Due to Flooding and would like to "Walk in" the next Clinic day.
Confirm the patient’s name and appointment details.
Verify the patient’s full name and scheduled appointment date and time.
Check the actual clinic and schedule in Edify.
Verify the clinic/department where the patient is scheduled.
For General Clinics:
Ask the patient for their preferred walk-in date/schedule. (They may walk in Mondays to Fridays, 1:00pm)
Advise the patient that they may proceed as a walk-in on their preferred clinic day.
For Specialty Clinics or clinics requiring a specific appointment:
Advise the patient of the next available schedule of the Specialty Clinic. (refer to the day and time of the clinic)
Document all inquiries.
Record the patient’s name, original appointment schedule, clinic, and the agreed or preferred walk-in/rescheduled date.

Provide clear instructions to the patient.
Remind them to bring their original appointment slip and to coordinate with the triage upon arrival.

Starting February 12, 2026 , Jose B . Lingad is no longer accredited of Philhealth YAKAP. While our JBLMGH - BUCAS centers in Victoria and Sto. Tomas are YAKAP accredited . For patients who still wish to proceed with their consultation may be seen by a Family Medicine doctor and should follow the regular OPD online scheduling system.
For patients who are already registered with JBLMGH Main as their YAKAP provider, you may offer JASMC Sto. Tomas and Victoria Tarlac as alternative Health facility provider , or advise them to visit the nearest Local Health Insurance office to update and choose a new YAKAP provider.

Background:
The compressed work week is currently implemented for two weeks only (March 23 to April 3) and remains subject to monitoring if it will be extended for another two weeks.
What to tell the patient:
“No announcement has been released yet regarding changes to the OPD schedule for March 27, 2026. All patients who may be affected by any adjustment in the OPD schedule will be notified through text message. If you have not received any message, message us again on April 6, 2026 to confirm your appointment.”
