How soon can you carry out cleaning services for me?
We will always try to arrange the cleaning at the most convenient time for you. However, we recommend scheduling your cleaning service two weeks in advance.
What days and hours can I have my home cleaned?
We work from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
How much do your services cost?
Every home cleaning is a customized service and our price depends of the work involved. We take pride in offering exceptional value for your money and we take the time to give your home the level of cleanliness it deserves.
How do I pay for the cleaning services?
You can pay before the appointment using a bank transfer or Zelle, or at the end of the appointment by check or cash. Please note for your first cleaning that we will require a 100% deposit to secure your booking.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are. Certificates are available upon request.
Do I have to move the furniture before the cleaning?
No, you don't. We are happy to move furniture if physically possible for one person. There is no extra cost for this.
Do I need to be at home when you clean?
No, you don't. Just tell us how we can gain entry in the special instructions when you make your booking. We are trustworthy and will be sure to follow your instructions for gaining entry and locking up.
What do I need to prepare before the cleaning?
Nothing! We will bring everything with us.
How many people will be cleaning my home?
Most of the time, you can expect 1 person. Sometimes extra team members will come when needed for larger homes and deep cleans.
Do you offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee?
Of course! JB Home Cleaning Services is a business that takes their job very seriously. We are committed to the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with the job (for anything included in the quote) when the cleaners are done, you have 24 hours to let us know. We will send our cleaners back to ensure everything is done correctly.
Do you have any service exclusions?
We do not perform the following services:
Clean chandeliers
Putting away dishes
Wet wiping light bulbs, due to risk of breakage
Cleaning of walls and ceilings
Cleaning of hoarding situations, high levels of trash/debris
Cleaning of bodily fluids, heavy mold, toys, pet waste or other bio-hazards
Heavy lifting or moving items more than 25 pounds (Safety and insurance requirements)
Stepping higher than 3 steps on a ladder (Safety and insurance requirements)
