We have been in business since December of 2021. To flip the vacant land for housing or commercial.  If we get donated old houses, we will use half of the proceeds will go to fund future projects and the other half will go to charity.

We have bought two vacant land lots and currently restoring old Stucco Victorian house that was build in 1910 by Frenchman.
