Class Overview
Jasper County High School's Agriculture Education Program offers students the opportunity for growth in multiple areas of agriculture. Our goal is to build successful leaders by being involved in our community and exposing students to many areas that this industry has to offer. JCHS offers Plant/Mechanical and Animal/Mechanical career pathways for students to take. Courses for these pathways include Basic Agriculture Science, Agriculture Mechanics 1, Plant Science & Biotechnology, and Animal Production & Management. FFA is an intracurricular component of these courses as well as students developing Supervised Agriculture Expereince Projects in their respected areas of interest.
