Maintenance

Doing maintenance regularly can save you thousands of dollars on your systems.   During our routine heating, cooling, or refrigeration maintenance, we will complete the following:

• Clean and replace air filters

• Inspect indoor coil

• Clean condensate drain lines

• Tighten wiring connections

• Measure volts and amps

• Inspect insulation and UV protection

• Thermostat calibration level

• Clean condenser coil

• Inspect the system for overall cleanliness

• Inspect disconnect and whip

• Monitor refrigerant charge

• Check the contactor for proper operation

• Monitor air temperatures

• Inspect ductwork
