Q: How do I register for a course?


Enroll directly at www.agentinstitute.org. Your spot is confirmed once payment is received. Early enrollment is encouraged as space is limited. 

Prior to registering, please review our Policies & Procedures Disclosure (PPD). Per Commission Rule 58H .0204, Agent Institute must provide each prospective student with a copy of its PPD prior to payment of any non-refundable tuition or fee. The PPD, which is required by the NC Real Estate Commission, outlines Agent Institute’s policies plus the rights and obligations of the Education Provider and the student.

Please note that if you are registering for one of the Update courses, make sure you register for the correct one: GenUp (non–BIC-eligible brokers), BICUP (for BIC-Eligible status brokers).

Q: How much do classes cost?


All Update and Elective CE courses are $50, payable online via major credit cards.

Q: When do I get course materials?


Materials are emailed at least 24 hours before class. Students who prefer printed copies must print them independently.
