We offer annual Continuing Education courses including the General Update (GenUp), Broker-in-Charge Update (BICUP), and approved electives—all designed to fit the lives of working brokers.

Who We Are

Agent Institute is founded and led by Jason Morton, a REALTOR® with a background in both education and real estate. His career started in the classroom, teaching music in North Carolina public schools before transitioning into real estate full-time. That early experience in teaching continues to shape the way courses are delivered here—organized, engaging, and rooted in a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

With years of experience helping buyers, sellers, and fellow brokers in the Charlotte and Lake Norman areas, Jason’s goal is to provide useful, focused instruction without unnecessary complexity.
