Our volunteer Kate was invited to attend Daniella Sutton's F4 Launch event at the end of October last year. Daniella recently became an ambassador for Juvenile Arthritis Research and has been enthusiastically raising awareness of JIA.

It was truly an honour to be invited to Daniella's F4 launch event, to raise awareness of JIA and the great work that the Juvenile Arthritis Research charity do to support those affected by JIA. There was so much energy in the room, passion for racing, but also from Daniella a real passion for people to see how she lives with her arthritis and doesn't allow it to hold her back. She's really a wonderful advocate and such an inspiring role model. You can see how she inspires others and her openness to talk about her struggles makes her captivating to watch and listen to.

Of course it was also so exciting to see the JAR logo on the F4 car, and to watch Daniella talk so enthusiastically about her involvement with JAR and living with JIA to the media. I for one can't wait to watch her racing career this season, and will be taking my children to cheer her on at an event in the near future. A really special event!
