The Janeé Simone Experience

My plant journey began in August 2020, when a friend gifted me my first plant—and it’s been growing ever since. In many ways, plants have always been part of my life. I grew up surrounded by them in my parents’ home, so stepping into plant care as an adult feels like a full-circle moment.

Over the past five years, I’ve built a personal collection, learning not only through growth and success but also through plenty of trial and error. Those “fails” have shaped me into a more mindful plant parent and inspired me to share both my love and knowledge of plants with others.

In June 2022, I launched my YouTube channel to document my collection and experiences—what’s worked for me, and what hasn’t. Alongside creating content, I began caring for plants outside my own home, helping friends and clients keep their collections thriving.

Now, I’m excited to officially offer plant care, repotting, and styling services so that more people can enjoy healthy, happy plants in their own spaces.
