Registration fees can be found here . We recommend registering ASAP as prices will increase as we get closer to the event.

We recommend choosing the registration & hotel option to take advantage of the discount rate we have negotiated and for better experience.

Dress to impress!

Since most of our events and activities are going to take place indoors in a banquet hall, we recommend wearing layers.

For the Spring Semi Formal, we recommend ladies dress in cocktail dresses and gentlemen wear dress shirts, trousers and sports jacket.

We also humbly request all participants be mindful about wearing attire that would be considered inappropriate at a social gathering.

There are no refunds provided, all registrations are final.

Saturday is a full day of event and activities including our evening entertainment. We recommend attending all 3 days of Jain Milan to optimize your experience!

However, the registration fee is a flat fee we charge all participants to cover the overall cost of running the event.

We recommend everyone book their hotel and registration through Jain Milan registration as we have negotiated group pricing with the hotel during the weekend.

Most of our events end late in the evening and usually participants prefer staying at the hotel after a long day of activities. Since your safety is of paramount importance to us, we recommend not driving if you are tired or exhausted. Also past participants events have taken advantage of staying at the hotel and met/socialized after hours in their PJ's!

Trust us its a lot of fun staying onsite, interacting and connecting in the evening, playing games, eating late night snacks and talking to people.

Slumber Party anyone?!

While registering, if you chose the option to share the room category with 3 or 4 people you will have to share the bed.

However, if you prefer your own bed we can upgrade you to a room please see the registration website for additional details.

No changes can be made to hotel or reservation for any reason.

Yes you can bring your own vehicle.

Self-parking is included for participants staying at the hotel.

If you have chosen to NOT stay at the hotel, you will be charged a parking fee.

For participants flying into DFW (Dallas Ft. Worth) there are multiple transportation options available. There is no FREE shuttle service available.
