ShotSort respects your privacy.
ShotSort requests access to the photo library so users can view, organize, move, and delete screenshots.
ShotSort uses Apple’s on-device text-recognition technology to read text contained in screenshots and help sort them into collections.
ShotSort does not require an account.
ShotSort does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information.
Screenshot images, recognized text, custom collections, keywords, and organization information remain on the user’s device.
When a user deletes a screenshot through ShotSort, the screenshot is moved to the Recently Deleted album in Apple Photos. It can be recovered or permanently deleted through the Photos app according to Apple’s normal photo-management process.
ShotSort does not use advertising networks, analytics services, or third-party tracking tools.
ShotSort does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This privacy policy may be updated if ShotSort’s features or privacy practices change. Any revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
