Student Permission & Photo Release

To participate in the Junior Achievement Stock Market Challenge, every student must have a completed electronic permission and photo release form on file, signed by both the student and their parent or guardian (if the student is under 18).

This form grants permission for Junior Achievement of Eastern Ohio to photograph and/or record participants during the event for promotional and educational purposes.

Please note: Students who do not have a completed electronic permission and photo release form submitted before the event will not be permitted to participate. No exceptions can be made, so we encourage families to complete the form as soon as possible to ensure a smooth check-in on event day.
