Welcome to the new school year! My name is Regina Stamper, and I have been teaching at JCS for 8 years. Before that, I taught in the Breathitt County system. I have lived in Breathitt County for essentially my entire life. I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Morehead State University, then I got my Master's Degree in Middle School Math from there also. I am married with two children and one grandchild. My family is very important to me, so please know that I will work with you in any way possible should the need arise.

My hobbies include reading and being outdoors, but what I enjoy most is spending time with my family!
