The Covid-19 or Coronavirus has been confirmed in Indiana and with it many questions and concerns are likely to grow. One of the first things to do is stay calm, and stay informed. The first line of defense we have is good hygiene and personal space. This includes covering your cough or sneeze, also proper hand washing and keeping social distances of 6 feet. Use soap and make sure to lather all areas both front and back of both hands for at least 20 seconds. If you can not wash your hands immediately a hand sanitizer of at least 60% alcohol will help.
