Demo Overview

August 31-September 7 you will be able to log in as a student and create your competition portfolios. 

1. Open the credentials Google sheet to the right and select your credentials. Be sure to enter your name next to the username that you select.

2. Open an incognito browser window and navigate to https://smc.ja.org. Use your selected student credentials (from step 1) to log in. 

3. From the home screen, select, JAHL Test - 4 - 9.7 and then My Portfolio. You'll be able to research and purchase stocks available in the simulation.

On Thursday, September 7 at 11:30 am, the simulation will launch. 

1. The competition will last for 15 minutes and will include 15 fictional days. Each fictional day lasts for approximately 60 seconds.

2. The exchange board, the leaderboard, and the news and alerts will be available on this site and through the links below.

3. During the competition, you will make trades using the same steps that you used to set up your competition portfolio. 

4. If you would like to see the Floor Trader and Print Station views, credentials are available for those as well on the credentials Google sheet to the right.
