Solstices

On the summer solstice, the sun rises behind the Heel Stone in the north-east part of the horizon and its first rays shine into the heart of Stonehenge.

Excavations at Durrington Walls suggest that people held huge feasts around this time of year. It is on December 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, or 24th, at 9:20 am
