Boosters

Our boosters are the driving force for our choir program. They fund the majority of our yearly budget and help to make the IVC choirs a great program. We always need help, so if you have a few minutes, please volunteer.

We will be doing our meetings in person. The dates for this year are:

Executive board starts 6pm and the entire boosters meet at 6:30 in the choir room (181) Outside door#27 - across from the baseball diamonds.

August 23 September 19 October 24 November 21 December 19 (executive only)

January 23 February 20 March 20 April 17 May 22 (executive only)

Preferred Seating

Preferred seating is one of our biggest fundraisers. As our concerts are usually very full, we will provide a reserved seat in the center of the auditorium for $10 a piece. We only do this for around 70 seats a concert to ensure that there is enough seating for everyone. Because these seats are in such a high demand, a warning email will be sent out a day before the sign up is live. These are sold on a first come basis and they go fast.

PAYMENTS

You may make payments to the Boosters in several different ways.

1.) We now accept Venmo payments. You can find us by searching "IVC CHORAL Boosters"

2.) You can drop off payments in the High School office during working hours

3.) You may send a non cash payment with your student to put into the secured drop box in the music room.

Please do not send cash....and if your last name is not the same as your student, please put your student's name on the subject line of your check

Allegro Apparel:

The IVC Choir department has partnered with Allegro apparel to press t-shirts and manage sales for their company. This work is seasonal and pays $12/hr for pressing shirts and there are other incentives for managers. Interest surveys will be sent out in the fall for those that would like to participate in this opportunity.
