DMP has 3 huge studios devoted to Design Modelmaking and Prototyping in a state of the art building that can adapt to what you need to learn.  

IDEA 124 The development studio:

This room contains simple power equipment where a student can learn the techniques of traditional modelmaking. This room is equipped with standard wood working equipment such as:

• A table saw

• Band saws

• Drill presses

• A vertical knee mill

• A sandblaster

• A surfacer

• A 120W Epilog laser

• A Muse laser

• A WAZER desktop waterjet

• A CNC plasma

• Wax tools for investment castling

• Equipment for silicone tooling and urethane casting

IDEA 120 The Rapid Prototyping studio:

This room contains some of our rapid prototyping and reverse engineering equipment such as:

• A ProJet360 3D printer

• A Lulzbot 3D printer

• A Prusa 3D printer

• A Makerbot 3D printer

• An Orion 3D printer

• A B9 3D printer

• 2 Ellegoo Jupiter SE

• Several Ender 3D printer

• Several 3D scanners

IDEA 118 The Manufacturing and quality control studio:

This room contains some of our CNC and QC equipment such as:

• A HAAS TM-1 CNC Mill

• A HAAS CNC Lathe

• A Roland MD40 CNC Mill

• A manual engine lathe

• A Maslow CNC Router

• A CMM machine

• Granite surfaces
