Executive Board:

1.  President - works with Executive Board to fun PTA effectively, presides at PTA meetings

2.  Secretary - takes minutes at board and association meetings

3.  Treasurer - maintains financial records, pays bills, present financial reports at board and association meetings, ensure tax filings

4.  Membership Chair - plan and implement membership campaigns, keep records of memberships

5.  Programs Chair - organize programs for the year, recruit volunteers to implement and run programs

6.  Fundraising Chair - plan and organize fundraising activities, raise funds needed to meet the PTA budget

7.  Financial Reviewer - reviews financial records twice a year, present financial review report at board and association meetings

8.  Historian - capture and record PTA activities/achievements, collect volunteer hours, chair Founder's Day celebration

Chairs:

1.  Yearbook Chair - oversees and runs the yearbook, work with appointed committee

2.  IPSF Ambassador - attend IPSF meetings (about 3 times a year) and present current IPSF updates.
