This is an 3 credit optional course for the students who are specialising in Electronics.I am teaching basic Quantum Optics where I focus on quantum behavior of photons and associated applications in quantum simulation and quantum computing.
It is a compulsory course for all B.Sc. students of EEE department. In this course students learns about the internal architecture and the evolution of microprocessors along with lessons on programming the microprocessors with assembly language.
This lab course is associated with Power System II theory course. Here students perform experiments on load flow anaysis, transmission lines and various kinds of faults that occur in power system infrastructures. Under my supervision, students also visit a nearby 33/11 KV substation, where they get hands-on experionce with the real world systems.
It is a 3 credit B.Sc. level specialization course for 4rth year students. This course focuses on microwave technologies like microwave resonator, microwave waveguides, microwave transmission line and antenna, impedance matching, microwave filters and so on. Students learn how these technologies work and how different parameters can be tuned to achieve desired engineering advantage.
This lab course is associated with Microwave Engineering theory course. In this this lab, students perform experiments on microwave stubs, rectangular microwave waveguide, patch antenna and microwave RADAR.
