The Scholaria Precinct project aims to transform the IUKL’s university area into a stylish oasis that encourages breaks and contemplation, aligning with the precinct's new rebranding. It includes the creation of a new university gateway, VC Square, and the IUKL Parking Park.

The gateway welcomes visitors with its inviting structure, featuring a balance of modern architectural forms and natural elements. Pedestrian-friendly pathways and open spaces encourage interaction and movement, while shaded areas and sustainable design elements provide comfort and reduce environmental impact.

This gateway serves as both an entrance and a symbol of the university’s progressive vision, fostering a sense of connection and belonging while prioritizing environmental responsibility.
