Vendor & Sponsorship Opportunities

This one-day conference brings together educators and education leaders for learning, collaboration, and connection. Vendor and sponsorship opportunities are intentionally structured to provide clear options for visibility and engagement while maintaining an educator-centered experience.

🟦 Exhibitor Table (Vendor) | $150

Includes: One exhibitor table in a high-traffic transition area

This option is table-only. It does not include logos, advertising, screen placement, or verbal recognition.

🟦 Sponsorship | $500

Sponsorship levels provide increasing digital visibility through website placement and rotating logo displays on conference screens. This is the only opportunity that includes verbal recognition during the welcome/keynote and a dedicated 50-minute session with a captive audience. 

Additional Information

• Sponsorship opportunities are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Estimated conference attendance is 150 educators from K-12 and post-secondary.
