Paraeducators are foundational to our Special Education system, and we are deeply committed to fostering their professional growth. Pennsylvania recognizes seven core competencies essential for Paraeducator expertise and skill development. This platform is designed to streamline and organize instructional resources directly aligned with these seven areas. Additionally, our Training and Consultation staff partners with administrators to deliver targeted, high-impact professional development tailored to your team's needs.
