No limits on players counts
No need for try-outs or cuts
No mandatory practice
Great place to start if you're not sure of student interest!
Competitive - only so many individuals can be on a team
You may want to consider try-outs, cuts, & mandatory practices and consider recruitment strategies
As a school team, consider whether GPA requirements and attendance requirements will be a factor
Not intended for the casual player
Participate in "ranking" tournaments which may be offered through NASEF or other organizations
